Nice solid Americanized Chinese food. We picked up take out. Potstickers, hot and sour soup and Kung Pao chicken. Everything was hot and delicious. Prices are good, portions are good, we will get a few meals out of our leftovers. Plenty of parking, busy lot. Looking forward to trying other dishes.
Once again the food was great. The single dinner plate is so much food, lots of rice (which type you choose) and/or noodles and a big serving of your main choice. The people that work the front desk and the servers are all pretty young, but they do their jobs well and quickly. The food: the chefs are very good, the food is neither greasy, too spicy or over sauced. The chunks of chicken are large and there are plenty. (so far I've only had chicken dishes) there is a large amount of sides (I get Fried Rice and noodles) I go only to China 8 even though there is a fast food buffet which had gotten REAL dicey right next door. I highly recommend China 8 for Chinese Food.
Considering the awful Chinese food available in the Valley, it was nice to find this restaurant. Great service, large portions, and the food was good. They do a huge take out business, probably because the dining room is a bit loud. And my ongoing question is.. "Why no duck sauce"?
How is this place not getting 5 stars all day long?? Holy yumminess! We are visiting from SD and we would drive back here 2 hours just for this! Talk about huge portions, steaming hot and sooo fresh! The restaurant has about 20 tables the AC was going so nice - since it was like 100° outside! We brought ours back to our room and didn't even put a dent into it! Please support this small, local family favorite- meals came with egg rolls, side with main choice and fortune cookie - we on Yelp in a 10 mile radius even comes close and the staff girls were so helpful and kind - thank you young ladies my daughter and I loved our dinner
